About Access Mode

Access Mode is a Colorado-based, founder-run accelerator that cultivates venture-ready tech companies led by exceptional Black, Latino, Asian American and Pacific Islander, and Indigenous founders. Their six-month MVP Lab provides $20K in equity-free funding, custom mentoring, and a lifelong alumni network. Product Week is one of the workshop sessions inside the broader Access Mode Cohort 4 program.

Each Access Mode cohort brings in outside operators to run focused, hands-on sprints. WNCP AI is one of those operators — we designed and facilitate Product Week, the four-day product sprint, using our CRAFT+ methodology. WNCP AI is not Access Mode and does not run the broader accelerator. Learn more about Access Mode →

The sprint

What Product Week is

A four-day, in-person product sprint. A small cohort runs the full arc — from customer data to a tested prototype, a PRD, and OKRs — together, in one room, with AI in the loop the whole way. It's the loop a team would normally take a month to run, done in four days alongside people doing the same.

Three parts make it work:

  1. 1

    Customer data in, product out.

Bring your real customers, your real interviews, your real CRM exports. We teach the move, then you make it on your own product, in the room, with the team and your peers on hand. You leave with your product, not a course certificate.

  2. 2

    CRAFT+ — the methodology.

A six-stage loop — Collect + Context, Refine + Refactor, Analyze + Architect, Forge + Form, Test + Tinker, + People + Processes — that structures every session and keeps running after the week, so the sprint is a repeatable cadence, not a one-time event.

  3. 3

Founder OS — the operating system.

An agentic workspace your AI agent reads and works in, so each step builds on the last instead of starting cold. Built for this week, it's yours to keep and extend with your team. Bring any agent.

The outcomes

What you leave with

A tested prototype

Something real — built and tested against your riskiest assumption, not a deck.

A PRD + OKRs

A product spec and the metrics to prove it out, both grounded in your own customer data.

A system you keep

Founder OS and the CRAFT+ loop, so you can rerun the whole cycle with your team.

About WNCP AI

WNCP AI is a practitioner-led AI firm founded by Damien Peters, former Meta product leadership, MIT-trained strategists, and University of Maryland adjunct faculty. WNCP AI helps founders, business leaders, and investors put AI to work — building AI agents, teaching teams how to leverage AI, and advising enterprises, PE, and VC on rolling AI out across their portfolios.

Inside Access Mode's Cohort 4 MVP Lab, WNCP AI is the operator of Product Week — the four-day AI-augmented product sprint. WNCP AI does not run the broader Access Mode accelerator; that is run by Zaneta Kelsey, Kevin Allen, and the Access Mode team.
